Edible Gelatin Granular can be used as stabilizer & thickener in preparation of various food items including yogurt, cheese, & cream. It provides characteristic flavor & stickiness to various Chinese soups including Shengjian mantou. In preparation of apple juice, gelatin is used as clarifying agent. It is considered a natural thickening agent and has excellent protein content.  Gelatin granule is also required for creating volume in food item without addition of many calories. Edible Gelatin Granular can assist in weight loss by promoting synthesis of hormones that reduce appetite with increase in feeling of fullness.
